Holland & Barrett Enteric Coated Omega-3 Fish Oil contains EPA & DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
Full ingredients:
Fish Oil Concentrate, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine, Colour (Titanium Dioxide)), Enteric Coating (Shellac, Sodium Alginate, Glycerine, Sunflower Lecithin, Magnesium Stearate), Anti-Oxidant (Mixed Tocopherols).

Directions:
