Holland & Barrett East Meets West Sleep Formula is a specific blend which contains shatavari which may support the normal onset of sleep. Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) is a species of asparagus common throughout Nepal, Sri Lanka, India and the Himalayas. It grows one to two metres tall and prefers to take root in gravelly, rocky soils high up in piedmont plains, at 1,300–1,400 metres elevation. Due to its multiple uses, the demand for Asparagus racemosus is constantly on the rise. Contains shatavari, chamomile, bacopa and vitamin B6. Wild chamomile or scented mayweed is the most popular source of the herbal product chamomile, although other species are also used as chamomile.
Full ingredients:
German Chamomile Extract, Rice Flour, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Shatavari Extract, Bacopa Extract, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Directions:
Take one or two capsules daily. preferably an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed stated dose.
