The grapeseed extract in these supplements has been taken from the seeds of red wine grapes, making it 100% vegan. The seeds in grapes contain an array of polyphenols and flavonoids. They also contain proanthocyanidins, which are naturally occurring bioflavonoids.
Just take one of these 100mg grapeseed extract capsules a day (preferably with a meal).

Full ingredients:
Maltodextrin, Grapeseed Extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Citrus Sinensis Extract, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
Grapeseed Extract contains oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) and other polyphenolic compounds. Proanthocyanidins are naturally occurring blottavonolds.

Directions:
