Holland & Barrett Apple Cider Vinegar Complex vegan friendly tablets contains a combination of apple cider vinegar, Vitamin B, apple pectin and chromium. When combined with a healthy eating and exercise plan, supports the body’s metabolism, increases the release of energy from food and supplements the metabolism of fat. Apple cider vinegar is formed from the fermented juice of apples that in this case have been dried and made into a capsule form - ready for supplementing.

Bluking agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate), Apple Cider Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar, Maltodextrin), Apple Pectin, Anti Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate), Vitamin B6(as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Chromium Picolinate.
