Holland & Barrett's African Mango with Green Tea Caplets contains 1200mg of African mango and 200mg of green tea per caplet. African Mango, also known as Irvingia gabonensis is a tree native to West Africa that grows edible fruits similar to mangoes. The extract from the tree's seed is a soluble fibre. Locals in Cameroon have been using it for centuries as a health supplement. Originating from China, green tea has been drank for centuries and is made from leaves that have been processed minimally - unlike black tea which has been oxidised and fermented. Easy to swallow coated caplets suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
