Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa) Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense) Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita) Nettle Leaf (Urtica Dioica) Marigold Flower (Calendula Officinalis) Cleavers Herb (Galium Aparine)
Always read the label before use
Directions:
Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot or infuser. Add 1 cup (250mls) of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and serve. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day.
