Nature's Garden bilberry tablet contains a highly nutritive berry that has been used for centuries. It is native to northern Europe and is related to the blueberry.Bilberry fruit is recognised as naturally providing flavonoids. They also contain anthocyanin pigments, which give them their deep purple colour. This herbal supplement is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Bilberry Extract, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Red Beet Powder.

Directions:
Take one to two tablets two to three times daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.

Verified PurchaserI'm disappointed that the size of the tablets bear no relation to the quantity of the product you are buying e.g. the complete B 50 is mainly filler.
