Fushi Fresh-Pressed® Organic Avocado Oil is a nutritionally rich oil that can be used internally as a health oil and externally as a skin or hair oil to deeply replenish and nourish dry and damaged skin and hair. Fushi Fresh-Pressed® Organic Avocado Oi is packed with vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 as well as Lecithin, making it a very nourishing oil. The fatty acids are key for hydrating, rebuilding and boosting skin suppleness along with the phytosterols in the oil that help prevent loss of moisture and keep skin nourished. Always read the label before use
Directions:
Apply 10-15 drops daily to your face or use as a night oil treatment. Massage 15-20 drops into scalp and hair. Leave overnight before washing for best results. Use 2-3 tablespoons daily as cooking oil.
