Fitness Pharma Bilberry & Lutein Tablets contain bilberry, a highly nutritive berry that has been used for centuries. It's native to northern Europe and is related to the blueberry. Bilberry fruit is recognised as naturally providing flavonoids. They also contain anthocyanin pigments, which give them their deep purple colour.

Lutein is one of the most abundant naturally occurring carotenoids found in a variety of vegetables and fruits, yet it cannot be manufactured within the body. Lutein is found in the macula of the eyes; the part of the eye responsible for central vision.
