Each effervescent provides 500mg of Marine Collagen in a delicious berry drink. Just add 1 tablet to a glass of water or your water bottle to provide a good top up of Collagen levels. Bioglan uses Type I Collagen, which is the most abundant form of Collagen found in the body and the type found in hair, skin and nails. - Biotin & Selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. - Vitamin C contributes to normal Collagen formation for the normal function of skin. - Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal nails.

Directions:

2 tablets per day. Dissolve 1 tablet, twice daily, in a glass of cold water to make a pleasant berry flavoured drink.
