It is the ultimate way to replenish magnesium levels. 10 sprays delivers a minimum of 75mg (21.5% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Directions:
Magnesium Oil Sensitive spray can be applied to any area of the body. It is recommended to use up to 20 sprays daily. Apply 5-10 sprays morning and evening and gently massage into the skin for optimum absorption.
