Full ingredients:
Water, sucrose, ferric sodium acetate, ferric ammonium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural baked apple flavour, sweetener: steviol glycosides.

Directions:
On initial usage press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth or ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use.
