Bach Original Flower Remedies Aspen is a flower remedy which can provide relief for those suffering with feelings of fear and generally feeling unsettled. Bach Flower Remedies is easy to take and only contains natural ingredients.

The remedy comes in a handy, portable dropper bottle. Take an individual essence based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences using our mixing bottle.

Full ingredients:

Aspen Flower Essence.

Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of Aspen.

Directions:

Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
