Aspall Raw Cyder Vinegar is unpasturised and free from preservatives for a fuller natural flavour. Raw, Unfiltered Organic Cyder Vinegar is bottled un-filtered, so retaining the vinegar fermenting bacteria that grow what is referred to as the mother.
